NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF STEVENSVLLE PLANNING & ZONING BOARD
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2009, 7:00 PM

A public hearing will be held Monday, September 21, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 206 Buck St., before the Town Planning and Zoning Board.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed update of the Town’s Growth Policy as required by 76-1-601 MCA. The area proposed for inclusion in this plan, in addition to the incorporated Town limits, is the area bounded by the Bitterroot River to west, Pine Hollow Road to the south, Logan Lane to the east, and the lands located approximately 1/2 mile north of the East Side Highway.

Draft copies of this plan are available for review at Town Hall, Main Street Association Office or North Valley Public Library.

You are encouraged to attend and present your comments. Written comments will also be accepted at Town Hall until Friday, September 18, 2009 at 12 noon. The Town of Stevensville makes reasonable accommodation for any known disability that may interfere with a person’s ability to participate in this public hearing. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The BOARD OF RAVALLI COUNTY COMMISSIONERS will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room at 215 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT. The purpose of this public hearing is to take public comment and act on a petition by Neil Maki to abandon a portion of an easement in Block 11 of Hamilton Heights Subdivision along the east side of Lots 9-12 and along the north side of lot 12. This is a no name road that extends off of Willow Creek Cross Road located in Section 11 & 1, Township 6 North and Range 20 West to Hamilton Heights Road.
