Montana Trout Unlimited official brew. As river levels drop and temperatures rise, many people seek out a cool TU experience. To some this means a shady mountain stream or lake, but now it can mean a tall cool one. Montana Trout Unlimited teamed up with Missoula artist Monte Dolack and Bayern Brewing of Missoula to develop a new beer, "Dancing Trout." The artwork for the label features a fly-fisherman dancing in the water with an "average sized" Bitterroot cutthroat. According to Marshall Bloom of Bitter Root Trout Unlimited, the beer is available now, and prints of the label will soon be available Details on how to purchase the print should soon be available on the Montana TU website at
