NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Stevensville will hold a public hearing on September 12, 2013 at 6:30 PM at the Town Council Chambers at 206 Buck Street, Stevensville, Montana, 59870 for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding the second reading and adoption of the following Ordinance:
Ordinance No. 144 – AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND ENACTING THE MUNICIPAL CODE FOR THE TOWN OF STEVENSVILLE, MONTANA; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES NOT INCLUDED THEREIN; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF AMENDING SUCH CODE; AND PROVIDING WHEN SUCH CODE AND THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to ask questions and express their opinions regarding the proposed ordinance.
Comments may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing mailed to Town Clerk, P.O. Box 30, Stevensville MT 59870 before 5:00 pm September 12th, 2013. Questions, comments or more information may be obtained by contacting Town Hall at 406-777-5271.

NOTICE FOR SECOND PUBLIC HEARING
Ravalli County will hold a public hearing in the Ravalli County Commissioners Meeting Room, 215 South 4th Street, (third floor) Hamilton, MT 59840 on Friday September 27th at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of obtaining public comments on a proposed application to assist in the expansion of Bitterroot Tool & Machine. The assistance will result in the creation of up to 10 new jobs, all of which will be offered to low and moderate income individuals. The proposed application will be submitted to the Montana Community Development Block Grant Program administered by the Montana Department of Commerce.  At the public hearing, the proposed application will be explained, including the proposed area of the project, activities, and budget, and all interested persons will be given the opportunity to express their opinions regarding this proposed application. Testimony may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing before September 27th at 5:00 P.M.
Portions of and/or a summary of the CDBG-ED Application are available for review at the RCEDA office during regular office hours.
