2012 Booster Club All-Sports Banquet

 

 

On Thursday, May 31, the annual Booster Club All-Sports Banquet took place at Hamilton High School. The evening began with a steak dinner, courtesy of the Hamilton Booster Club. After dinner a program was held to honor Hamilton High School student-athletes.

After introducing all of the coaches, the awards ceremony began with Meghan Kratofil, and Eli Rogers receiving scholarships for being selected this year’s Booster Club Appreciation Award winners. Another award presented was the Wendy’s Restaurant High School Heisman given to Scholar/Athlete/Citizens. This year’s recipients were Casey Shifflett and Seth Mason. The next award was the Booster Club Fan of the Year award. This award went to Rhonda King, a lady who has promoted Hamilton High Activities for many years.

Next the induction ceremony for this year’s Wall of Fame took place.  This year’s inductees:  Bridger Palin, Taylor Dowdy, Easton Albert, Penny Gwynn, Tyler Murray, Seth Ray, Dace Moerkerke, Daymon Halstead, Nash Johnson, Erin Loranger, Brianna Huggans, Sami Kratofil, Whitney Cleveland, Karis Bedey, Dee Hallock, D’Aarion McWhorter, Marisa Rivera, Kendra Newton, Baili Lubke, Forest Fortney, Derrick Sisneros, Meg Maclean, Erica Huppert, Rebecca Hood, Nichole Hood, Abe Westfall, Brad Palin, Eli Rogers, Mary Conwell, Tyler Jessop, Kyle Lubke, Owen Burch, Meghan Kratofil, Casey Shifflett, Cami Westfall.

The Hamilton High School Coach of the Year Award was presented to DeEtte Monson and Owen Burch for their outstanding leadership in Hamilton High School Activities. Seth Mason was selected by the high school coaches as this years Jimmy Robbins Memorial Award winner as the outstanding student-athlete at Hamilton.

To close out the evening the Bronc and Lady Bronc of the year awards were presented to Dace Moerkerke, and Mary Conwell.  This award goes to a senior who has participated in many activities, who is very coachable, who has great work ethic in school, who has school spirit, and has outstanding moral character.

It was a fun evening of good food, and great fellowship.  Hamilton School District would like to thank the booster club for their outstanding support of Hamilton Activities
