Hamilton falls in OT

Soccer

Another soccer match, another overtime. However this time the Hamilton girls came out on the short end of the match, losing to three-time state champion, Billings Central in the Class A championship match. The Broncs traveled to Billings for the championship match on Saturday.
Hamilton scored first when Sami Kratofil hit the net at 27 minutes. Billings Central came right back and tied the match a minute later when Allie Lucas took a Kayla Lucas pass for the goal. The two teams then battled to the end of regulation play with a tie. But the overtimes were all Billings Central. Holly Davidson scored twice and Kayla Lucas scored in the 93rd minute. Hamilton had six shots on goal while Billings Central took 18 shots on goal. Mariana McGourty had four saves for Hamilton and Hadley Ryan had two saves for the Billings Central Rams.
